Floral fever

Happy St. Paddy’s day everyone! I wanted to share today’s project with you; it’s been a super busy month for me and finding time to sew can be a struggle. The university I work at is going to be on spring break this next week, so I’m taking the opportunity to catch up on my externship hours at the clinic. However, that doesn’t leave a lot of time for hobbies, haha. I have eight days left of my externship and then I graduate, and I’m super excited.

It’s also insanely warm here, spring has definitely sprung! I was at the fabric store buying for my next project, and while getting it cut I saw this beautiful print and couldn’t help but add it to my wardrobe! Sometimes a fabric will just speak to you, and tell you what it wants to become. This fabric decided that it wanted to be a sweet crop top with spaghetti straps and a ruffle at the top. Who am I to deter fate? This is the only crop top I have in my entire closet, and I can’t wait to pair it with some of my other peices to see how it will fit in!

I hope you guys like it! Until next time!
